  • Monday 2/4 – Todd and the team from Futures for their help re-organizing furniture at the warehouse!
  • Tuesday 2/5 – Rob and the futures team for their help with pickups in Avon!
  • Wednesday 2/6 – Alison and Futures for their help with pickups in Simsbury and Bloomfield and deliveries in Bloomfield and Windsor!
  • Thursday 2/7 – Alison and the Futures team for 2 pickups and 2 deliveries in Hartford and West Hartford.
  • Friday 2/8– Our staff and amazing Gala volunteers for helping set up, clean up, and staff our Gala on Friday night! We all had an amazing night, and it is in large part thanks to the volunteers for making it happen!
  • Saturday 2/9- Thank you to Alan for driving and leading the charge for a delivery in pick up in West Hartford and a delivery in Hartford! Also, thank you to the group from Trinity College for volunteering to help complete the activities on Saturday!
Late shoutout to Sue Kayuem for driving along with Jessica and Jake Esterson for their help at our last home makeover! We greatly appreciate the extra hands on deck and hope to have you all join us again soon!

And thank you to Rich and Michael for starting the work of putting up shelving in the warehouse! We are so excited to see how this helps our organizing this year!!

  • Thursday 1/10 – Alison and the Futures Students helped with pickups and a delivery.
  • Saturday 1/12 – Alan who was the lead driver with Harrison, Matt, Pat, Emily, and Paul for their help at the warehouse and then with two deliveries in Windsor and Windsor Locks.
  • Sunday 1/13 – Thank you to Sue Kayeum and Matt D. for their help delivering to one family out in Manchester.
You were all rockstars this week, especially when sticking it out in the cold!! Thank you for all of your help, whether just at the warehouse or helping with the deliveries and pickups too! We couldn’t do this without you!!

THANK YOU TO…
  • Monday 12/17– Rob and Alison did 2 deliveries and Todd used his magic to help organize at the warehouse!
  • Tuesday 12/18 – Alison, Rob, and the Futures Students helped with 2 pickups and 1 delivery, while Todd continued his magic in the afternoon putting together bed sets and making the warehouse more manageable to get items out to clients more efficiently!  
  • Wednesday 12/19 – Matt, Rob, and Alison did a clear out and demo day of pieces that had broken along the way of our deliveries!
  • Thursday 12/20 – Alison, Matt, Danny, and the Futures students helped with 3 pick ups, 2 deliveries, and a continuation of the clear out, organizing, and demo that needed to finish up to create a better more organized warehouse!
  • Saturday 12/22 – Michael was the driver with Tracy Johnston and her family of 16 volunteering to help organize at the warehouse, and do two deliveries complete with presents, Christmas trees, and furniture to finally make these apartments feel like home!
  • Sunday 12/16 – Alan for volunteering to drive, along with Kel, Dave, Matt, Adrian and family for helping with the heavy lifting for 2 deliveries and 1 pick up!
